Insurance for Individuals – Information
Starting March 1, 2026, Europ Assistance will no longer offer direct sales of travel and ski insurance to individuals.
The sale of insurance to private customers will now be handled through our partner Generali. This change has no impact on your current contract, if you have one.
Your insurance policy remains fully valid until its expiry date, and all the coverage stated in your contractual documents continues to apply without any changes.
You can therefore continue to:
- benefit from 24/7 assistance at the numbers indicated in your purchase confirmation,
- report a claim following the usual procedures,
- use all the services provided by your insurance.
No action is required on your part. If you wish to keep annual insurance, you can take out a new policy on the Generali website by clicking here.
If you have any questions, require assistance, or need to report a claim, we invite you to use the contact details provided in your contractual documents (subscription confirmation and General Terms and Conditions of Insurance).
