Reimbursement of cancellation or interruption costs
If you are unable to leave because you are ill or have an accident, we will reimburse the cancellation costs you incur up to a maximum of CHF 100,000 (one of the highest levels of cover in Switzerland). If you have to interrupt your trip, we will reimburse the costs incurred.
Repatriation
We organise and carry out repatriation in the event of accident or illness and if you need to be treated in Switzerland. We cover the costs with no maximum limit.
